Meet Sam! With over 20 years of experience as an operations leader, Sam is passionate about process improvement, cost reduction, and building strong partnerships through business development and networking. His expertise and leadership make him a key asset to the Hall’s Heating & Air team as Operations Manager. Outside of work, Sam is a proud dad of five who loves camping, attending car shows, and staying up to date on the latest tech trends. Always eager to learn and grow, Sam’s energy and commitment shine in everything he does. Welcome aboard, Sam!

Meet Denny! Denny joined our team with the goal of becoming a successful HVAC Technician. He is surely a jack of all trades and has an incredible passion to learn more! Denny received 3 new certifications in 2022, he put a lot of effort in studying for them! We couldn’t be more proud. When Denny’s not busy excelling in his studies, he can be found relaxing by the water, fishing or chasing his kids.

Meet Alfred, our newest tech wizard! Fresh out of Ultimate Technical Academy in Little Rock, Alfred brings his electrical know-how to the team. When he's not fixing systems, you’ll find him under the hood of a car, out on a hunt, or playing superhero with his kids. He's all about hands-on fun—whether it's at work or home!

Meet Haley! As a people person eager to learn, Haley brings enthusiasm and teamwork to her role as CSR. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog, watching movies, and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys. Haley is a fantastic addition to our team and we’re excited to see what her future holds here at Hall’s!

Meet Mary! We're excited to have her on board, bringing a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and fresh energy to our team. Outside of work, Mary loves hosting get-togethers, game nights, and fishing. She enjoys time with her two energetic kids, shopping, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Meet Ramon! Our company comedian, and always the one making us laugh! Not to mention, willing to be extraordinary in all he does! With over 10 years of experience, Ramon continues to learn new ways to provide comfort and peace of mind to our customers. Father of 3 amazing, hard-headed, and diverse young kids, he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, grilling and going to the lake.

Meet Hector! We're excited to have him on board and as he is eager to provide the best service to our customers. Outside of work, he enjoys hanging out with friends and is a dedicated Lakers fan. His positive attitude and team spirit make him a valuable addition to our company.

Off duty, Alfredo enjoys finding new places for his family to adventure and always puts family first.

Meet Ryan! From serving as a military and DOD contractor to mastering the art of welding, Ryan’s journey has led him to a career as an HVAC installer with Hall’s Heating & Air. His dedication to precision, teamwork, and service is evident both on and off the job. Outside of work, Ryan is all about staying active—whether he’s hitting the gym, volunteering with community outreach programs, or lending a hand to his family. Meet Luis, our HVAC pro with 6 years of experience and a heart of gold! He's all about sharing his knowledge and bringing positivity to the workplace. When he's not fixing heating and cooling systems, Luis enjoys grilling for loved ones and shooting hoops. With Luis on the job, expect a brightened day and expert HVAC service every time!

Meet Caleb, our HVAC expert! With 13 years of experience in the field, Caleb can approach any system with the confidence to provide multiple solutions. When he’s not working, Caleb enjoys family time with his wife, Stormy, and kids, Keslyn and Kree. You'll often spot him on the golf course, coaching his kids' sports teams, or enjoying a game of softball. With Caleb, your HVAC worries are in expert hands, both on and off the clock!

Meet Jaxon! Excited to learn and grow as a technician as well as a person on our team, Jaxon started his career with Hall's Heating & Air in 2019. Our team member who has been with us the longest! Off-duty, catch Jaxon on his dirt bike, hitting the gym, or tinkering with his car alongside Grandpa. Recently married to Makeia and new dad to Jessiah, Jaxon's journey from high school to now is a testament to his growth and expertise. Here's to many more adventures with Jaxon!

Meet Jose, aka JoJo—a rising star in A/C and refrigeration! Embracing the joys of fatherhood with two adorable toddlers, Meadow and Judah, Jose brings positivity to every moment, aiming to brighten not just his own day, but everyone's around him. Off-duty, you'll catch him soaking up the outdoors, lending a hand to loved ones, and staying fit with exercise. With Jose’s can-do attitude and dedication, there's no doubt he'll achieve greatness!

Meet John! Being in the HVAC industry for 24 years, John enjoys meeting new people from all different walks of life. When he's not firing up the grill or casting lines with his furry pals Abe and Joplin, John's making memories with his big family. And guess what? He's back in his hometown of Pampa for even more fun!

Recently married in March to the basketball coach at Bushland, Shea is often cheering on the team at games. When she's not at a basketball game, she's at home with her dog or spending time with family.
