Reason for service: Customer had concerns with condition of the thermocouple after the heat shield had been set back into position. Along with concerned whether the dirt inside of the burners should be in there or not. Began by pulling out the burners to rinse them out with water after brushing everything off of them. Brushed and rinsed the burners to satisfaction. Inspected the thermocouple, the thermocouple from the factory had been squished on the line to prevent the nut from sliding all the way down the copper line, I showed customer I have a brand new thermocouple in the same condition and will not hinder or prevent proper operation of the thermocouple. Tested furnace and pilot after work had been completed. - No charge Did inform customer that copper gas line with natural gas can become a hazard due to corrosion on the inside of the copper pipe.

This proposal includes all materials and labor necessary to install a new Trane 16 seer 2 Stage Heat Pump, with a 2 stage electric air handler. This includes a 12 year compressor and coil warranty, 10 year parts warranty, and 1 year craftsmanship warranty with proper maintenance. All safety upgrades are included in this proposal. Still need to run condensate line through crawl space vent out front of house next to porch. And finish duct runs. All boots are secured and ducts are connected to them. Was missing 9" duct. Need to bring more duct ties and mastic. Then we will need to charge and air balance duct work. Pictures available
