Arrived at house and completed heating maintenance. Filter was just changed by customer but blower and evaporator are clean. Flame sensor was cleaned and gas pressure was adjusted. All aspects of the system was in good condition. While on site, i inspected the water heater and dryer vent. The water heater is 15+ years old and the dryer vent is disconnected under the house. I spoke with the customer about upgrading to the 2” filters, replacing water heater and replacing the dryer vent.

HVAC maintenance. Cool crowd maintenance club member. Heating visit. 1 system. Checked operations in heating and cooling mode on the heat pump and air handler. Checked condensate drain, amps on motors, electrical components,wire connections, changed IAQ filter, and completed all maintenance tasks, which are specified in the maintenance brochure. The HVAC equipment is operating correctly, but I do have a couple Recommendations to help prolong the life of the equipment. I recommend adding AC renew compressor oil to help circulate and clean the refrigeration system. Also recommend adding a power protector to the indoor unit. Provided estimate to get these items installed. maintenance complete. Customer will call halls when they’re ready to install items.
